Notes on PSEA e-Form / applications:

Student, parents (or legal guardian) and siblings must be above 21 years old, have SingPass and email accounts to apply / authorise for MOE-PSEA.

Certification Letters

For Current Students

Should you require a letter from SP that confirms your student status during your course of study, you may proceed to self-print a digital copy of the via e-Services/e-Resources (Academic > Certification Letters (Self-service)). 

The certification letter will include the following information:

  • Student's full name, NRIC, admission number
  • Course enrolled into
  • Year of enrolment
  • Expected graduation date
  • Registered home address *

* The address is based on SP's records, if you have changed your home address, please update your address via e-Services/e-Resources (Personal > Update contact details) before generating the digital certification letter


For Graduates waiting for the Graduation Ceremony in May

Upon the release of your examination results and confirmation of your completion of your diploma programme, graduates may self-print a digital copy of the interim graduate certification letter via e-Services/e-Resources (Academic > Certification Letters (Self-service)).  

The interim graduate certification letter will include the following information:

  • Student's full name, NRIC and admission number
  • Student's course of study
  • Date of diploma awarded
  • A statement that indicates that official academic documents will be received in the May ceremony
  • A statement that indicates that the course, examination and assessments are conducted in English
