You may update your change in mobile number or home address via e-Services/e-Resource:

* For update of address, please ensure that both Home and Mailing addresses are updated

Update Passport Number
Bring along the following to OSC	Completed Change of Personal Particulars form Original and photocopy of new passport Photocopy of old passport

Change of Citizenship - Singapore PR (SPR) to Singapore Citizen
Bring along the following to OSC	Completed Change of Personal Particulars form Completed Tuition Grant Eligibility Declaration form Original and photocopy of Singaporean passport (if any), OR Original and photocopy of Singaporean Pink NRIC Temporary NRIC slip is not acceptable * If you had submitted your passport copy earlier, please submit your NRIC copy to OSC as soon as you received it from ICA

Change of Citizenship - International Student (IS) to Singapore PR (SPR)
Bring along the following to OSC	Completed Change of Personal Particulars form Original and photocopy of BLUE Singapore PR NRIC Re-entry permit is not acceptable *

Change of Name
Bring along the following to OSC	Completed Change of Personal Particulars form Original and photocopy of Deed Poll

* This must be done in person, as we will need to sight the original Deed Poll for verification purposes

Submission Timeline	Remarks
Documents submitted BEFORE commencement of current semester	New fees structure will take effect in the current semester
Documents submitted AFTER current semester commences	New fees structure will take effect in the next semester, current semester fees will be still billed as your current citizenship (eg. SPR or IS)
