Most of the following schemes cover the Course Fees. The student has to pay Other Fees (eg. statutory licence fees, insurance fees) using his/her own funds.
Tuition Grant Scheme
To subsidise students' Full-Time Diploma course fees, the Government of Singapore, through the Ministry of Education (MOE), provides students with the Tuition Grant.
who have been admitted into Singapore Polytechnic should apply for the
Tuition Grant. Application is done online. Students who do not apply for
the Tuition Grant will have to pay full fees.

Financial Schemes for Course Fees
Mendaki Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS)
Scheme, funded by the Singapore Government and managed by MENDAKI, is
started to help Malay students complete tertiary education.|
|Eligibility Criteria:||Malay students who are Singaporean (SG) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)|
|Per Capita Income (PCI)*||Tuition Fee Subsidy|
|$1,400 and below||100%|
capita monthly household income is calculated by taking the total
monthly household income divided by number of people in the household
* For SPRs, all subsidised fee will be based on prevailing SG fee rate. You may refer to Mendaki website for more info.
|Duration:||From time of approval until student completes his/her studies in Polytechnic|

MOE Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA)
This scheme allows students to use their PSEA funds to pay for Tuition Fees as well as other fees
Singaporeans or students with Singaporean siblings who have PSEA funds
Total amount of PSEA funds the student or his/her sibling has
Standing Order Forms to apply to use the funds are sent to newly enrolled students in their enrolment package.

CPF Approved Education Scheme (AES)
can loan from their parents' or spouses' CPF savings (Ordinary
Account) to pay for their tuition fees at Singapore Polytechnic
|Eligibility criteria:||Full-Time Diploma students|
(Students who are non-Singaporeans will need a guarantor)
|Quantum:||Up to 100% of the tuition fees (excluding other fees)|
time of approval until student completes his/her studies in
Polytechnic, or if the funds in the CPF account being used runs out.|
Application is done on the CPF website for a limited time at the beginning of each semester. Student is required to have a SingPass.

DBS Tuition Fee Loan (TFL)
scheme, funded by MOE, allows students to take up an interest-free loan
for the duration of his/ her studies in Polytechnic. The student needs
only to repay the loan after graduation or after leaving the

(Except students who are sponsored by companies or fully subsidised by MENDAKI)
|Loan Quantum:||Up to 75% of Tuition Fees|
As for the other 25%, you can either pay in cash, apply for the CPF-AES Scheme (above)
From time of approval until student completes his/her studies in Polytechnic
Application for the CPF-AES is done via CPF website. Student will require a SingPass account and will submit the application from their CPF account to their parent's / spouse's account.
