A collaboration with Kwong Seng International Pte Ltd in formulating the new noodle for the next wave of healthy dieters. A revolution for the traditional Asian noodle, low in GI yet retaining the authentic flavor of this Asian delicacy. In this product, the flour component is altered to achieve lower GI. Low GI diets have the benefits for weight control as they help control appetite and delay hunger. Research has shown that individuals who followed a low GI diet will lower the risk for developing coronary heart disease, type-2 diabetes, age-related macular degeneration and other diseases.
