*SCAPE Museum of Horrors IV

2 sisters… vengeance…a missing ring…

What will happen to their fate?

Find out in *SCAPE Museum of Horrors IV: The Twins!

*SCAPE Museum of Horrors IV: The Twins opened with much excitement with a media preview on 17 October 2013 at *SCAPE Warehouse. Enjoying a huge following in previous years, *SCAPE returns with its fourth Halloween production, Museum of Horrors 2013. It promises a terrifying yet fun experience revolving around a pair of twins and their entwined fates in a familiar Singapore setting. Look out for them at bus stops the next time you are at Old Tampines Road or peer into the dark waters of Bedok Reservoir… do you see them…?

*SCAPE Museum of Horrors IV: The Twins is a collaboration between *SCAPE, Movie Mania, and students from the Diploma in Integrated Events and Project Management (DEPM), School of Architecture and the Built Environment (ABE).

The team of ten Year 2 students from the DEPM course successfully conceptualised the intriguing storyline and characters that are inspired by true-life events and stories set amidst our familiar Singapore neighbourhoods. They also painstakingly planned the creative and engaging marketing promotions & guerrilla campaigns, as well as sweating it out in ticket sales and onsite event management and operations. It was a journey chock-full of challenging, energetic and enriching activities. Indeed, it was an experience of a lifetime for the students involved. Besides breathing life to textbook knowledge, the team learnt the veracities of the working world and were grateful for being able to leverage on this platform to gain a glimpse of the realities of work and life.

The *SCAPE Museum of Horrors IV: The Twins had garnered rave reviews at its media preview event and had attracted much interest from the public. There was so much excitement surrounding the event that the students managed to gain a fair share of spotlight in fronting the media! Besides giving interviews to Straits Times IN, Business Times, ‘live’ radio interview 93.8, the students also delivered a short speech during the media preview—generating much coverage from Xinmsn and IZReloaded, a web TV channel with an average of 500,000 viewership.

Once again, *Scape Museum of Horrors IV: The Twins promises to be a haunting event for those seeking a truly terrifying yet entertaining Halloween experience.
