Effective Digital Marketing and Sales


Course Objectives                                                             

Sales is not just about selling product. Like it or not half the decisions are made and people enter into buying relationships with people they like or trust. Buying decisions have become more complex with lots of options in this knowledge economy. Building sustaining relationships, managing one self and managing another party has to be mastered through a soft blend of EQ. Customer Psychology, Understanding and Responding to people on your feet, building sustaining relationships, when to give and when not to are all soft elements to success under the big umbrella of the selling process and system.

Sales has also fundamentally shifted from traditional outdoor sales to managing and working through digitally, managing virtual clients and customers. Driving marketing strategies that would work, designing the sales process and funnel flow, implementing an e-commerce system and managing them effectively.

In this course, participants will

  • Acquire skills in identifying soft elements in unspoken environments
  • Mastering the blend within the various audiences play and how to handling them during your commercial sales and digital sales process
  • Acquire the 5 Dimensions of Customer Profiling ® to design customer focused sales pitches, contents and adjusting selling styles in both B2B and B2C environmental setting

Trainer’s profile

Zeenath Kuraisha has more than 20 years of Customer Relationship, Sales and Marketing experience. Zeena heads Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing Academy Pte. Ltd. (APAC SMA), an Award-Winning Sales Academy. APAC SMA is An Authorized Delivery Partner and Testing Body for Global Inside Sales Certifications and Accreditations with AA-ISP, The Global Association and Industry Authority for Inside Sales and is their Chapter President for Singapore.

Zeena is involved in a mission to create more employment in the areas of virtual global working and virtual sales, inside and digital sales space in additional to the creation of ethical sales skills professional standards and practices. Funding Incentives

SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)
With effect from January 2016, Singaporeans aged 25 years and above who received their SkillsFuture Credit account activation letter will be eligible for an initial credit of $500 which can be used to pay for course fees for a range of eligible skills-related courses. The credits can be used on top of existing course fee subsidies/funding.

This is only applicable for self-sponsored applicants. Application via SkillsFuture Portal can only be made starting from 60 days before the course commencement date.

Skillsfuture (SF) Series
Singaporeans and Singapore PRs are eligible for 70% course fee funding for registration with effect from 28 October 2017.
Singaporeans aged 40 and above will enjoy 90% subsidy of course fee.
This funding is applicable to both individual and company-sponsored participants. Participants are required to achieve at least 75% attendance and/or sit and pass any prescribed examinations/assessments or submit any course/project work (if any) under the course requirement.


Minimum Entry Requirements

1. Minimum 0-5 years of Sales Experience
2. Basic English Proficiency

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to every participant whose attendance is not less than 75%.

2. All successful applicants will be notified with a letter of confirmation via email.

3. Withdrawal and Deferment

Withdrawal and deferment notice must be made in writing to the Professional & Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy, Singapore Polytechnic via email accordingly:

For withdrawal cases, the portion of course fee to be refunded is based on the date of notice as follows:


  • 2 weeks before the commencement of the course - Full refund
  • Less than 2 weeks before commencement of the course - 70% refund
  • On or after date of commencement - No refund


  • There will be no refund or transfer of course once the account has been created.

The Singapore Polytechnic reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of the courses. Applicants will be duly notified and where applicable, the full fees will be refunded.

The Singapore Polytechnic also reserves the right to amend the fees charged or the period and duration of the courses.

The data provided to Singapore Polytechnic will be kept strictly confidential and will be used for the purpose of course administration. The data may be passed on to the relevant organisations that require the information related to the course.
