HR Learning Journey (HRLJ)

As part of Singapore Polytechnic’s Peak of Excellence framework, the HR Learning Journey (HRLJ) aims to help local enterprises, especially SMEs, understand the importance of enabling their human capital, as well as level up their HR processes and capabilities. This will augment their i4.0 transformation, thereby helping them ride the wave of industry transformation. HRLJ starts with an immersive story-telling experience physically right at our Business Innovation Centre (BIC) connecting employees’ pain points to business outcomes. It also features three key HR functional areas namely, learning & development, performance management as well as onboarding. It culminates with an engaging Gallery Walk where bite-sized solutions through student industry projects and staff consultancy aimed at uplifting HR capabilities are showcased. It also features the Institute for Human Resource Professionals’ industry offerings as well as multi-disciplinary business innovation solutions across Singapore Polytechnic.
