First lab grown chicken dish to be served at country club next month

Article featured the first lab grown chicken developed by food technology start up, Eat Just. The company borrowed the facilities at SP’s Food Innovation and Resource Centre for their production and they are currently able to produce about 48 pieces of bite sized chicken every two hours. The chicken pieces can be kept fresh for up to three months when stored in a freezer. From next month onwards, the lab grown chicken will be served at 1880 Singapore Club. (Lianhe Zaobao, p4)
