Goodstuph: Turning a one-woman social marketing agency into one with 180 staff in 5 countries

Ms Pat Law started Goodstuph, a social marketing agency, with a $10,000 loan from a friend and repaid it in three months. She studied business at SP and entered the advertising world at 20, learning the ropes at various agencies before joining Ogilvy. It was one of the few big firms which did social media at the time. The company places store on its culture and hires people who share its values. Diversity is valued, with half its leadership female and 180 employees representing 10 Asian nationalities. Goodstuph is also a seven-time sponsor of Pink Dot, the annual lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) event.
