Students interact with elderly as part of camp activities

Article highlighted 19-year-old SP student, Chen Shuwei who was part of an activity camp held in Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital. A total of 15 students took part in the camp and interacted with elderly who were hospitalised. Shuwei quoted that as part of the three day two night camp, participants slept on hospital beds and got to understand the feelings experienced by patients. She also interacted closely with the elderly and even forged strong bonds with a 72-year-old elderly whom she still visits weekly after the camp. (Lianhe Zaobao, p10)
