HSA Learning Festival 2023

PACE Academy was invited to participate in the annual Health Sciences Authority (HSA) Learning Festival on 18 – 19 April 2023.

Besides engaging HSA staff and sharing about our wide range of upskilling courses at our booth, Dr. Evelyn Louis from the School of Life Skills & Communications also conducted a talk on the importance of Creative and Critical Thinking in the workplace to close to 300 participants, both online and offline.

During her talk, Evelyn stressed the significance of possessing the ability to assess situations from various angles, envision multiple solutions, and explore ideas that can enhance organisational success.

These skills are particularly valuable in today's ever-changing workplace for employees to continuously adapt and prepare for new challenges. She also shared tips on developing critical thinking skills, and identifying common barriers to critical thinking.
