Enterprise networking security is an area of study that is not widely explored practically in the course of Infocomm Security Management (DISM) as it is theoretical. Project CSIT is a testbed system designed to simulate a realistic enterprise network that is fully configured with enterprise level security devices like Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Routers, honeypot systems and Site to Site VPNs. Project CSIT will be used to build a future CIC module that teaches students how to configure and implement security features in networks to prevent networking attacks and harden their network.
