If you are unable to login with your Portal ID and received an error message “ACCOUNT HAS BEEN TERMINATED. PLEASE CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR”.

Please follow the steps below.

  1. Click here to go the MySkillsFuture homepage (see screenshot below).
  2. Select “Digital Services” menu from the MySkillsFuture homepage.
  3. Under the “Individuals Section”, scroll down to select “Download Certificates”,
  4. Click on “No Portal ID”.
  5. Enter the relevant information for ID Type and ID Number, then Click on “Next”.
  6. Enter the compulsory/required information, then Click on ‘Next’.
  7. Select the “Social media” options to retrieve certificates.
