Singapore Polytechnic Launches New Diploma To Strengthen Nation’s Arts, Design & Media Ecosystem

In an effort to bolster Singapore’s arts, design and media (ADM) ecosystem, Singapore Polytechnic (SP) has redesigned the curriculum of the Media, Arts & Design (MAD) School to launch a first-of-its-kind Diploma in Media, Arts & Design (DMAD). The new course will nurture a generation of key-shaped graduates who are skilled in not just one but across multiple disciplines, transforming the way ADM professionals are trained and developed for our future economy.

Singapore Polytechnic Graduates Respond to COVID-19 Pandemic With Love And Empathy

Amidst an extraordinary year in history, more than 6,100 Singapore Polytechnic (SP) graduates will receive their full-time diploma, advanced diploma, specialist diploma and certificate in the mail. Amongst them are the first batch of graduates who enrolled via the Early Admissions Exercise (EAE) three years ago.

2019 Polytechnic Graduates Continue To Be In Good Demand

The Graduate Employment Survey (GES), jointly conducted by the five polytechnics in 2017, showed that polytechnic graduates continue to be in demand in the job market. The overall employment rate six months after graduation was at 87.3% (86.4% for fresh graduates, and 89.8% for post-NS graduates).

Singapore Polytechnic partners National University of Singapore and Singapore University of Technology & Design to enhance education experience for Engineering students

To meet Singapore’s rising demand for engineers, and to enhance the education experience of polytechnic students who are keen to pursue a relevant degree, Singapore Polytechnic (SP) has partnered the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) to provide these students with early exposure to university-level engineering modules.
