Five winning collaborations were announced at the 2025 SICC Awards Ceremony & Gala organised by Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC). SP takes the award for the Most Positive Workplace Collaboration with its “SP being the Best Place for Work, Play and Personal Growth” initiative, SP Deputy Principal (Development), Ms Georgina Phua shared that the polytechnic was invited to participate in the competition after being recognised by The Straits Times as one of the best employers in Singapore. Ms Phua elaborated on the various initiatives under the project that bring together staff from various schools so as to allow them to interact without work pressure. She also shared the efforts made from the ground up and top management to foster workplace culture and collaboration.
