Enhance In-House Workplace Learning & Development (L&D) Capability

Challenge:

ICA needed an independent and structured approach reviewing, assessing, and addressing performance gaps, in its trainers' delivery. It sought systematically finding competency gaps, developing targeted learning resources, and strengthening coaching to enhance training effectiveness.

Solutions:

Implemented a structured four-phase intervention: Diagnose, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate
Developed a Skills Assessment Report to identify up to three key performance gaps per trainer
Created additional learning recourses- Workplace Trainer Proficiency Checklist and Training Delivery Guide
Conducted one-on-one coaching sessions and follow-up workplace observations
Facilitated a 4-hour community of Practice (CoP) session, reinforcing best practises and peer learning

Impact and Results:

40% improvement in trainers' delivery performance
132 employees benefited from improved training quality
