The e-Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding maintenance, upgrades, and physical environment disruptions due to external parties and planned shutdowns).
The support hours are during regular office hours, 8:30 am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
