You should be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or Long-Term Visit Pass-Plus Holder with relevant qualifications.

Note: The Sign-on Incentive is only applicable to Singapore Citizens who are fresh graduates from ITE/Polytechnic within 36 months of graduation or ORD and from the relevant feeder course.
ITE Graduates who are Singapore Citizens aged 30 years old and below may be eligible for additional incentives under ITE Progression Award.
