Dustin LimAfter graduating with a Diploma in Mass Communication, Dustin got lost in the jungles of National Service and eventually found his way out in life and his calling as a counsellor. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Studies (Youth) and a Master’s degree in Social Science (Counselling), and has continued his fascination with human behaviour. Remembering his own youth as both the best and worst time of life, Dustin is passionate about helping young people navigate the challenges of life through meaningful relationships and honest conversations. He is particularly interested in the impact of sleep on mental health, the psychology behind procrastination, and the dynamics behind repeated undesirable patterns of behaviour. In his spare time, Dustin enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee, skateboarding, and playing contract bridge with his wife, daughter, and son.
