Bhuvaneswaran trained himself and won a music competition he participated in when he was in primary school, so his parents made him study Carnatic music at the Indian Institute of Fine Arts in Singapore to develop his talent. He participated in small musical productions and studied SP’s Diploma in Music and Audio Technology. Bhuvaneswaran also intends to continue studying for a master’s degree. He firmly believes that the results will be great when his academic and professional knowledge are combined. He is passionate about Carnatic music and Tamil tradition and would like to collaborate with local artists, Indian and East Asian artists. He believes that the scholarship he received for his undergraduate studies will provide him with a stipend for his education and other expenses, so he can focus on his studies without worries. In the future, Bhuvaneswaran wants to excel in music and contribute to policymaking related to music and the arts in Singapore.
