Usage of e-Services and Visiting Us
For graduates/public, you may use available e-Services to perform most transactions. Please write in or call us for matters that you are not able to transact using our e-Services.
Our operating hours as follows:
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm (Cashless payment closes at 5.00pm)
Eve of major public holidays, 8.30am to 12.30pm (Cashless payment closes at 12.00pm)

The One Stop Centre (OSC) is located conveniently at the level 2 of Blk T16, at the end of the link bridge from Dover MRT station.
It aims to enhance student experience by providing a range of services and the most convenient place to obtain information and services relating to student administrative, financial and fees matters.
