Course Objective

This application is open to individuals who are interested to obtain competency (equivalent to a license) after successfully completing the Class 2 Boiler Attendant.

This web page is not for a course, it is solely for applying a Class 2 Boiler license.

Course Outline

Required Documents

  1. Copy of NRIC/Work Pass (both sides).
  2. Copy of email notification of result sent by Singapore Polytechnic.

Minimum Requirements

Applicant must be at least 21 years old.
Applicant must have at least 24 months relevant working experience assisting in operational charge of a steam engine or steam boiler.

Certification / Accreditation


• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate


• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
