This course allows participants to learn the key concepts in the approach of digital data and connected hydraulic components within a hydraulic system.

Course Objective

This course equips participants with essential knowledge and skills of a connected hydraulic system. Participants will also learn how to use the data collected from the connected hydraulic system for performance monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to: 
1. Describe a simple hydraulic system
2. Distinguish different data types for hydraulic applications
3. Explain the approach of smart Hydraulic Power Unit Systems and the benefits 
4. Implement data acquisition with sensors and standardized communication protocols 
5. Explain i4.0 and the connected hydraulic approach in the context of the product life cycle
6. Process the data of a hydraulic system
7. Apply hydraulic data in the cloud for monitoring, maintenance, prediction
8. Describe the benefits of implementing data driven solutions in hydraulic

Minimum Requirements

Diploma / ITE Qualification or participants with related experience working in engineering or IT environment \n

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Performance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who pass the examination and meet at least 75% attendance rate
