Course Objective
This course is designed to help teams and individuals navigate workplace change's complexities, by building agility, enhancing team dynamics, and fostering resilience.
Through interactive sessions, participants will explore the distinction between change and transition, learn practical tools for communication and trust-building, as well as develop strategies for sustaining resilience in challenging environments.
Furthermore, They will study four main learning objectives, each supported by hands-on activities, discussions, and tools. Hence, participants will have actionable insights, as well as plans creating more adaptive and resilient workplaces.
