Course Objective
The 1-day workshop let participants understand and experience Energy's importance for optimal work performance. They will learn applying the science of Psychology, Exercise, and Nutrition to manage the different dimensions of their energy. Participants will leave the workshop with a self-management toolkit for their personal and work lives.

Participants will partake in Group Sharing, Role-Playing, and other experiential activities for self-reflection and, overall, gain a deeper understanding of enhancing Work Performance. They will, overall, achieve breakthrough in harnessing their energy to excel at their workplaces.
