Course Introduction:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure software or a “robot” to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital system. This course will show how businesses can automate some of the internal process by using Chat Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) with RPA application and other open source platform to bring about an improvement in productivity and get employees to move up the work value chain. Participants will learn basic python programming and how ChatGPT can help to generate more advanced codes without the need to know advanced programming.

Course Objective

This course aims to equip participants with the skills to easily and quickly create useful automated solution to their own desktop processes. Participants will learn basic python coding and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development with the purpose of understanding the framework, structure and how it operates. In addition, participants will learn how to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbot tools such as Chat Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT) to speed up development of solution and deployment with RPA software and other open source platform without the need to develop extensive RPA or programming codes.
