Course Objective
The course aims providing knowledge to participants, designated to performing duties of Ship Security Officers (SSO), as defined in Section A/2.1.6 (and Section A/12) of the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and Section A – VI/5 of the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) Code, as amended.

Participants will be well-equipped to implement and maintain Ship Security Plans, as well as liaise with Company Security Officers (CSO) and the Port Facility Security Officers (PFSO), ensuring safety and security of vessels at both sea and in port.
