Deadline to submit change of sponsorship type (from self-sponsored to company sponsored) for the next semester.

Note: If you changing from company-sponsored to self-sponsored, you are not required to submit any request. Your sponsoring company will cancel the sponsorship during the progression window (ie. in March or September).

Deadline to submit repeat module task of failed module(s).

(You will be notified via email if you are allowed to proceed to the next MC/PDC with failed module(s) or you can repeat the failed module(s) after the last semester.)

Request Form (available from 18 September 2024 onwards)

A repeat module task will be sent to STEP Student Portal if your request is approved.

April Semester: Mid-March to First Friday of April

October Semester: Mid-September to First Friday of October

Deadline for Course Fees payment

Note:

  1. Applicable to students accepted progression to next semester.
  2. For self-sponsored students, if payment is not received by the stipulated date, students will not be enrolled and will not have access to timetable and learning resources for the next semester.
For company-sponsored, companies will receive an invoice on the date of course start date and payment must be made by the payment term stated on the invoice. Students may attend classes after accepting the progression task.)
