Inspired by the environmental challenges of traditional cocoa and the wasted potential of okara, the team set out to create a sustainable, flavourful and affordable chocolate alternative.
From a classroom idea to a commercialised prototype, this project shows how innovation and purpose can turn waste streams into something extraordinary!
