As part of this innovation journey, Tankfully Fresh partnered with FIRC to develop their heritage recipe for Crispy Salted Fish Flakes. Our team provided expertise in manufacturing processes, moisture control, and food safety practices — helping to transform their heritage Crispy Salted Fish Flakes into a product with commercial potential and a longer shelf life.
