Course Objective

This course is for retail, tourism, service, and business development professionals wanting to elevate their digital presence and maximise engagement. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney, participants will learn to mine audience insights, craft compelling captions, hooks, hashtags, develop consistent brand styles, generate on-brand visuals, as well as build data-driven content calendars reflecting their organisation’s unique voice.

They will, overall, drive measurable brand visibility and growth, as well as receive a set of ready-to-use templates to apply all learned skills.
