This 1-Day DfS course aims enhancing Professionals, Managers, and Executive (PME) in relevant industries. Leverage on the WSH (DfS) Regulations 2015 and sharing real case studies with participants to illustrate importance of incorporating safe features into our environments.

Aspects of a building/structure's whole life cycle (ranging from conceptualisation, design, tender, construction, occupation, maintenance, to demolition) be learned.

Additionally, participants will also be introduced to the “Guidelines on DfS in Buildings and Structures”, the “Code of Practice on WSH Risk Management”, published by the MOM and the WSH Council as well as the WSH (DfS) Regulations 2015.

Course Objective

This 1-Day Design for Safety (DfS) course aims equipping Participants with relevant knowledge to promote WSH. They include Regulations 2015, listing Guidelines on DsF Buildings and Structure Guidelines, as well as pro-active Management of Risk at source. Pointing safe designs, in environments we work and live in, out are also covered. Additionally, the Code of Practice on WSH Risk Management is included.

2. For company-sponsored applicant, please approach your company's Human Resource (HR) team to put in the application through the company portal using CorpPass.  You may only apply after receiving the registration link from your company's HR.
 
3. Your application does not guarantee acceptance into the course. Your acceptance into the course is dependent on meeting the course requirements and course vacancy.
 
4. All successful applicants will be notified with a letter of confirmation via email.
