Course Introduction:

Robotic Process Automation is the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure software or a “robot” to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital system. This course will show how businesses can automate some of the internal process to bring about an improvement in productivity and get employees to move up the work value chain. 

Course Objective

This course aims to equip participants with the skills to easily create useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to automate their own desktop processes, without coding or programming knowledge. They will learn how to achieve this through using a RPA software.

Course Outline

Course Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the Course, participants will be able to: 

  1. Explain what is RPA and how it can help to automate processes
  2. Develop RPA solution for data entry
  3. Develop RPA solution for data scraping
  4. Develop RPA solution for Excel and Email processes
  5. Troubleshooting RPA exceptions
  6. Identify internal processes suitable for RPA implementation
  7. Develop RPA scripts using participant’s selected process

Minimum Requirements

Participants must be computer literate and have basic knowledge in MS Office such as Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word. 

 

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Performance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
