Course Objective

This course is designed to enable Learning and Development Professionals, Human Resource (HR) Practitioners, and Business Leaders to effectively apply Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools in Workplace Learning and Performance Enhancement. Participants will gain the ability to design, develop, as well as deploy AI-powered solutions (e.g., conversational and generative chatbots, video resources) to create engaging training environments. By the end of the course, participants will be able to implement strategies boosting learning outcomes, improve employee performance, and drive engagement with their organisations’ stakeholders.

Participants will develop real-world AI tools such as:
a) Interactive chatbots identifying specific learning needs
b) Rapid Content Creation where they will design and produce video resources, as well as infographics aligning with organisational training goals
c) Those implementing workplace learning strategies to achieve measurable performance improvements

More Information

This course is approved for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours submission under the Training and Adult Educator Professional Pathway (TAEPP), administered by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). Upon successful completion, participants may submit 8 CPD hours for their National Adult Educator (NAE) Registry renewal, subject to prevailing TAEPP requirements.
