Course Objective
This course aims to provide participants with a broad-based understanding of sustainable development and the importance for organisations to adopt sustainable practices. It will also enable participants to explore how different industries have embraced Singapore’s Green Plan and how organisations have adopted green technologies and practices for sustainable living.
Participants will also be exposed to the social dimension of sustainable development and appreciate what it means to protect and prioritise the rights and well-being of human capital. The course will also facilitate an understanding of standards governing sustainable practices, and offer participants the opportunity to design a project that incorporates sustainable practices relevant for their industry.
