    Facilitated Learning (Face-to-Face/ Online Synchronous) and Asynchronous E-Learning

3 evenings during weekdays between 6.30pm and 10.30pm 

Only candidates who are shortlisted by SP and participating companies will be notified to attend interviews. Successful candidates employed by the participating companies will be placed under the programme.

Course Objective

This Work-Study Programme allows students to work and gain experience as full-time employees in the companies as well as to learn through on-the-job trainings (OJTs) and capstone project by applying skills and knowledge acquired as they pursue the Continuing Education and Training (CET) Diploma course as adult learners on part-time basis.

This Work-Study Programme leading to the Part-time Diploma in Engineering (Electrical-Rapid Transit Technology) aims to prepare next generation of rapid transit technology professionals with the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our growing rapid transit network. It also aims to provide ITE engineering graduates another career progression pathway to develop necessary competency and fulfil manpower requirement in the industry.
