Graduation Preparation

As shown above, a common design and colour scheme will be adopted for all graduands.

The graduation attire will be available in a range of sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL.

Graduands are advised to follow the guidelines below in order to look smart on your graduation day:

Male graduands are required to wear dark coloured tie. Tie can be purchased at $10 from the following location:

Serangoon Broadway has been appointed by SP to supply and manage the rental and sale of graduation attire to graduands.  All graduands attending the graduation ceremony are required to go to Serangoon Broadway to try on and collect the attire.

By bus:

1. Please take bus services 26, 31, 857, 985 and alight at the bus stop (Bus stop code: 60181) located just directly outside the studio.
2. Alternatively, take buses 13, 107, 133, 142, 147, 853 and alight at one bus stop (Bus stop code: 60201) before the studio.
3. Otherwise, take buses 8, 26, 31, 90, 142, 151, 154, 857, 966, 985 and alight at one bus stop (Bus stop code: 60089) after the Studio.

By MRT:

1. Please alight at Boon Keng MRT station and take bus 31, 857, 985 at the bus stop situated at Exit A. Please alight at the third bus stop.
2. Alternatively, you may choose to alight at Potong Pasir MRT station. Serangoon Broadway is located within 10 minutes walking distance from Potong Pasir MRT station.
   

By car:

1. Serangoon Broadway is located along the row of shop-houses just before the turn into Jalan Toa Payoh, CTE. For convenience, there are ample parking lots behind the studio, along Opal Crescent and Moonstone Lane.

Note:

• Serangoon Broadway staff will be present to advise you on your sizing.
• Payment for the rental or purchase of the graduation attire has to be made upon collection of the attire.

Graduands will have to order the graduation attire and make an appointment for the graduation attire collection at https://www.serangoonbroadway.com.

The collection of graduation attire is from 1 April to 30 April 2026. Do note that Serangoon Broadway will be closed on Mondays and Public Holidays.

Please follow the steps below to order the graduation attire and make appointment for the collection:

2. Click on Login at the top-right of the homepage

Graduands may choose to make an appointment for the academic dress collection immediately after the submission of the academic dress order form OR at any other convenient time by logging in again.  Please note that if you have already submitted your academic dress order form online and would like to re-log in to book an appointment or make any changes, please log in using your student card and mobile number.

Graduands who are unable to collect the graduation attire personally, may download and complete the authorisation form and appoint someone to collect the attire on their behalf.

The authorised person must present the following to collect the graduation attire:

1. Duly completed and signed authorisation form
2. Graduand's student card

Payment has to be made directly to Serangoon Broadway when you collect the attire. The payment can be made in cash or by NETS.

Graduands who opt to rent the graduation attire are to keep their Graduation Attire Rental Receipt as it will be needed when you return the attire.

Graduands who wish to rent the graduation attire must return the attire directly to Serangoon Broadway by 17 May 2026 (Sunday).

For graduands who are unable to return the graduation attire personally, they may authorise someone to return it on their behalf.  Such graduands must download the GradAttire Return, complete it and ask the authorised person to return the attire directly to Serangoon Broadway by 17 May 2026 (Sunday).

When the graduation attire is returned to Serangoon Broadway, you will be required to produce the Graduation Attire Rental Receipt.  Your deposit will be fully refunded if the graduation attire is returned in good condition.  Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not return the attire by the stipulated deadline, or if the graduation attire is returned damaged.

• Graduates to book an e-appointment (HERE) for collection of graduation documents. Booking will open from 23 Mar to 8 May 2026.
  
• Collection will be from 18 May to 5 Jun 2026. Graduates with an appointment may go personally to the One Stop Centre (Block T16 Level 2, located at the end of the Dover MRT station link way) to collect their diploma, certificate, academic transcript and/or prize(s).
• Graduates will be asked to show their ORIGINAL NRIC/11B/Passport/Admission Card, as proof of identity, when they collect their documents at the One Stop Centre.
• For clarification, you may call 6775 1133 or submit through the enquiry form.

• Graduates who are unable to come down personally to collect their diplomas, certificates, transcripts and/or prizes may authorise a family member to collect their documents on their behalf.
• Graduates to book an e-appointment (HERE) for collection of graduation documents. Booking will open from 23 Mar to 8 May 2026.
• Please print and complete this authorisation form before passing it to your family member.  Alternatively, you may write an authorisation letter*.
• Requests via telephone or email will not be entertained.
• Collection will be from 18 May to 5 Jun 2026. Family members with an appointment may go personally to the One Stop Centre (Block T16 Level 2, located at the end of the Dover MRT station link way) to collect their diploma, certificate, academic transcript and/or prize(s).
• Family members MUST produce duly completed authorised form as well as proof of identity before documents will be issued.
• For verification purposes, the following ORIGINAL documents must be shown before collection of the diploma:
  1. NRIC/Passport/Birth Certificate/Admission Card of the graduate, and
  2. NRIC/Passport of the authorised person.
• NOTE: Photocopies of NRIC/Passport/Birth Certificate/Admission Card will NOT be accepted.
• *If you prefer to write an authorisation letter instead of downloading the authorisation form, your letter should include the following details:
  1. your (i.e. the graduate's) full name, NRIC or Passport No., admission no. & course of study
  2. the authorised person's full name, NRIC or Passport No. and relationship to you (the graduate)
  3. your (i.e. the graduate's) signature.
• Please note that the Examinations Office bears no responsibility for the loss or damage of documents if this option is chosen.
• For clarification, you may call 6775 1133 or submit through the enquiry form.

• Graduates living, studying or working overseas may choose to authorise the Examinations Office to mail their diploma, certificate, transcripts and/or prize(s) via registered post to their overseas address.
• Graduates opting for this option MUST write an official authorisation letter* to the Examinations Office or complete this authorisation form.
• Please note that the Examinations Office bears no responsibility for the loss or damage of documents if this option is chosen.
• Requests via telephone or email will not be entertained.
• *For graduates who wish to write an authorisation letter, your letter should include the following details:
  1. your (i.e. the graduate's) full name, NRIC or Passport No., admission no. & course of study
  2. the overseas address that the documents should be posted to
  3. a statement declaring that the Examinations Office will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of documents.
  4. your (i.e. the graduate's) signature.
• For verification purposes, the authorisation form/letter must be signed and sent together with certified true copies of your final year exam result slip and a photocopy of your NRIC/Passport/Admission Card.

Are guests invited to the Graduation Ceremony?

Each graduand will be able to invite up to two (2) guests to attend the ceremony held at the SP Convention Centre (SPCC). The registration link will be sent to the graduand’s iChat email in early Apr. Graduands may register for up to two (2) e-tickets.

Can I attend the Graduation Ceremony if I am unwell?

Graduands who are unwell, or have any respiratory symptoms (such as fever, cough, sore throat or running nose) should seek medical advice and stay at home. Please do not come to campus.

I have been enlisted into National Service (NS). Can I still attend the Graduation Ceremony?

Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) are informed of the graduation dates, they try their best to arrange for recruits to be released for part of the day to attend the Graduation Ceremony.  However, parents and graduands should note that the final decision as to whether NS men will be released from camp to attend the Graduation Ceremony lies with MINDEF.  The release of NS men is subject to exigencies of service and to the training schedules of units.  Approval will be given based on the unit's training requirements and practice.  NS men who wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony and who need the cover letter* enclosed in the Graduation Package to apply for time-off from their unit's Officer after their enlistment are therefore strongly advised to register their graduation attendance by the stipulated deadline. 
 
*The cover letter will only be sent to graduands who have indicated that they will be attending the graduation ceremony.  The letter will be sent together with your admission ticket, to your correspondence address about 1½ weeks before the start of the Graduation Ceremony. 
 
Please note that NS men are expected to follow the dress code for the ceremony.  SP's graduation gown should not be worn over any army uniform.  NS men are urged to seek approval from their unit commanders to be released from camp early enough for them to go home to change into their proper graduation gown for the ceremony.  Otherwise arrangements will need to be made for your civilian clothes to be brought to SP for you to change on campus.

When will I receive the graduation package?

The package will be mailed to your correspondence address about 1½ weeks before the Graduation Ceremony.  Please note that the package will only be sent to graduands who have indicated that they will be attending the Graduation Ceremony.

How can I order my graduation photos?

As you leave the stage, a login ID and password will be handed to you.  You will need the information to place orders for your photos online.

No. Graduands must attend the session that they have been allocated to as you have been scheduled based on your course.
