Training Needs Analysis (TNA)


The Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aims to facilitate understanding and know-how to design and implement TNA across an enterprise, by benchmarking workforce capabilities to 5G & related technologies skills and competencies.

The solution outcomes include contextualising the Organisation Skills Map to the needs of the organisation, identifying employees' skills gaps, and curating relevant training courses.

By applying TNA framework and methods, companies gather insights and are able to address learning and performance gaps across an enterprise, developing a whole enterprise outlook to assess workforce capabilities aligned to business goals/needs.
