The Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aims to facilitate understanding and know-how to design and implement TNA across an enterprise, by benchmarking workforce capabilities to 5G & related technologies skills and competencies.
The solution outcomes include contextualising the Organisation Skills Map to the needs of the organisation, identifying employees' skills gaps, and curating relevant training courses.
