The 6th Business China Youth Forum (BCYF) will be held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre alongside the 16th FutureChina Global Forum, with over 1,000 participants expected onsite and online from 22 Chinese cities — the forum’s largest turnout since its launch in 2019. This year’s theme, “The World in Flux: Youth Navigating in an Age of Uncertainty”, will see Business China sign MOUs with all five Singapore polytechnics — NYP, NP, RP, SP, and TP. The agreements expand collaboration on China-ready programmes and support youth participation in the Singapore-China Youth Interns Exchange Scheme (YES), which offers up to six-month internships in China’s business and technology sectors. Business China CEO Kwek Poh Heok will launch the agreements with polytechnic leaders, while Minister of State for Home Affairs & Social and Family Development Mr Goh Pei Ming will attend as Guest-of-Honour. The initiative aims to prepare students and educators for cross-border opportunities and deepen Singapore-China ties in education, culture, and business.
