Marina Bay Sands expands scholarship programme to support hospitality talent

Marina Bay Sands has expanded its hospitality scholarship programme with a commitment of over S$2 million, aiming to support more than 160 Singaporean students from 2026 to 2029 in hospitality and tourism studies. The initiative builds on an earlier programme and focuses on developing a strong local talent pipeline through financial support and industry exposure. The programme involves partnerships with seven IHLs, including ITE, NYP, NP, RP, SP, TP, and SIT, to align education with industry needs and create clearer career pathways. It is further complemented by participation in the Singapore Industry Scholarship for university students and an inclusive Talent Uplift Programme with TomoWork, which provides scholarships to students with disabilities.
