One Page At A Time, Channel 8

SP’s Food Innovation and Resource Centre (FIRC) was featured in the clip, and Valerie Lin (林雨珍)demonstrated the food preservation technique used by Nicolas Apper. The process involved sterilising the preservation bottles and storing foods in a vacuum environment. She explained that although this preserves the foods, helping them last longer before they expire, the exact expiry timeline depends on the storage environment.
