SP has launched the Human Capital Collaboratory, a new platform to help businesses redesign jobs, build workforce capabilities and turn workforce transformation into sustainable business value. The announcement was made during the fourth HR Learning Fest hosted by the polytechnic. The Human Capital Collaboratory builds on SP's experience of working with nearly 1,000 organisations over the past three years. It follows a four-step approach: identifying business challenges, redesigning jobs, developing workforce capabilities, and creating sustainable value. Through SP's consultancy services, student projects and industry pilot programmes, the platform will support organisations in areas such as job and workflow redesign, AI solutions, continuing education and training, leadership development, and fair workplace practices, helping businesses accelerate workforce transformation and improve long-term competitiveness.
