Paul Liew, the third-generation owner of KEK Seafood, attributes his business acumen to his private university degree. He shared how his education helped him apply modern business strategies to his family's seafood business, which was started by his grandmother in 1970. Liew's educational journey began at SP in engineering, before furthering his studies at Australia’s Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. This combination of polytechnic and university education enabled him to successfully modernise and expand the family business.
