SCCCI to provide free AI training and cybersecurity tools to help SMEs transform and defend against cyber threats

The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI) is offering free AI workshops and cybersecurity support this year to help SMEs transform their operations and defend against cyber threats. From March 2026, SCCCI will run 20 hands-on AI workshops for SMEs, covering areas such as customer relationship management, human resources, sales strategies, and integrated business management, with member companies able to attend targeted sessions addressing specific business challenges. The programme is supported by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) under its Digital Enterprise Blueprint framework and led by solution providers participating in the Productivity Solutions Grant. Last year, the chamber collaborated with NYP, TP, and other institutions to launch the programme, selecting nearly 70 application cases. It also worked with SP to roll out a 10-day immersive enterprise training course, benefiting 107 participants from 87 companies.
