The initiative was launched during the Automation SolutionGO! and Regional Industry Networking Conference (RINC) 2025. This initiative has already led to successful training programmes and enhanced educational opportunities for students, fostering cultural understanding and industry relevance. The broader objective, articulated by Guest-of-Honour, Mr Alvin Tan, Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade & Industry, and Ministry of National Development, is to develop a robust “training pool” to prepare individuals for a dynamic job market shaped by automation and digital transformation.
