Google and the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) have renewed their public-private partnership to strengthen national cyber defences, share intelligence on cyber threats, conduct joint operations against malicious activities, and develop AI-powered security solutions. The Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) has adopted Google Cloud Cybershield to address challenges like fragmented data, limited attacker insight, and talent gaps through AI- and intelligence-driven cyber defence. To support MSMEs and non-profits, Google.org is supporting The Asia Foundation to set up student-led cybersecurity clinics at TP and SP. The clinics will offer Cyber Essentials workshops to help employees understand phishing risks and basic data backup strategies.
