SP has formalised a series of strategic partnerships to drive workforce transformation across various industries. Collaborating with the Singapore Precision Engineering & Technology Association, SP launched a Sectoral Guide on Fair Workplace Practices tailored for SMEs in manufacturing. It also partnered with the Food, Drinks and Allied Workers Union to co-develop human capital policy templates and review HR practices in the accommodation sector. These initiatives are supported by SP’s Human Capital Collaboratory. Additionally, SP signed memoranda of understanding with organisations such as the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises, The Block School, Blockchain Association Singapore, the Singapore Fintech Association, and The Ascott Limited Indonesia, along with addenda with Elitez Private Limited and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals. These collaborations underscore SP’s commitment to supporting industry-ready education and workforce development.
