Justin Hor, a final-year Diploma in Computer Engineering student at SP, developed a passion for technology after troubleshooting his first desktop computer at a young age. Despite initial disappointment with a computer that came pre-loaded with unnecessary apps and a mismatched graphics processing unit, Justin turned to YouTube to learn how to fix it and even upgraded the graphics card himself. This experience, along with his early interest in smartphones, fuelled his dedication to tech. Beyond academics, Hor regularly volunteers at school events and joined the Smart Nation Ambassador (SNA) programme two years ago. Through this role, he uses his skills to make a positive impact, sharing his tech knowledge to inspire and educate others.
