SP, together with the Building and Construction Authority, Skills & Workforce Development Agency and Singapore Contractors Association Limited (SCAL), has launched a Job Redesign CORENET X Starter Kit to help built environment companies prepare their workforce for CORENET X. The toolkit was developed following a consultancy project involving 15 companies and helps organisations redesign roles, identify skills gaps and develop training plans. It includes a CORENET X Job Redesign Guidebook and the web-based STEP Tool, which uses an AI assistant to map competencies, identify skills gaps and highlight opportunities for AI and automation. SP also worked with SCAL to develop training pathways supporting workforce reskilling into redesigned roles. Similar news reported in OpenGov Asia.
