On Friday, 2 August, SP hosted the second annual Human Resource Learning Fest (HR Learning Fest). The Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) signed an MOU with SP to jointly teach relevant skills and knowledge to students and HR practitioners, helping businesses implement fair and progressive employment practices to meet the evolving needs of employers and employees. In addition to hosting seminars, the two parties will also collaborate to develop short courses on flexible work arrangements for Continuing Education and Training (CET) learners. SP also signed MOUs with six other industry partners to provide students and CET learners with lectures, training guidance, and internship opportunities.
